Always takes my breath away when the mountains meet the sea.
John Prior: Thank you Sherri, it is a beautiful stretch of coast.
Gorgeous background, the mountain cliffs are amazing. Like the the structures in the foreground that creates depth in this image.
John Prior: Thanks a lot John

John Prior: Thank you Peter, yes white cliffs really stand out most of the time.

A fine study of a glorious place John: I went there myself a couple of years ago
John Prior: Thanks Chris, a great place to walk, I liked this view as it hid the National Trust car park which was packed.
Great image John ..I love the way that these North Americans enthuse and make 'mountains' out of mole hills ;-)
John Prior: Thanks Richard smile

This looks a lot lower down, perhaps at shore level?
John Prior: This is lower down, the cliffs are not so high here and there is a stairway down to the beach below, Thanks Chad
Cracking place to live, just hope there is no erosion smile
John Prior: Thanks Linda, bound to be some, but I'm sure the National Trust does try to protect this location.
Not having ever been to these cliffs I am amazed at how vertical they are, this shot, with its excellent foreground really shows that aspect off well John.
John Prior: Thanks Brian, it is a lovely area, managed by the National Trust.
I bet those cottages have withstood many a storm. Fine picture John
John Prior: Thanks Bill, yes and they must have been further back from the cliff edge.

beautiful scene. I like how the stepped wall somewhat mirrors the horizon (for me).
John Prior: Thanks Otto, I also liked the stepped wall.
