I could swear this is a painting, John.
John Prior: Hi Ginnie, this was shot with my point and shoot LX3 that I had at the time, it was a little on the noisy side, so quite a lot of post processing. But I agree it has a timeless quality to it giving it that painterly feel smile
Now this looks familiar John.
John Prior: Thanks Chad, yes not much changes in Venice, if the boats in the background and TV masts were not there it could be a different century.
Because I don't like boats, my first thought was "OMG those people are Standing up in that little boat, its going to tip over!"
I'm trembling at the thought of being one of those people, so it must be a very good picture.

I was here and left you a comment on 22 Nov.....i received my first (Likeyed) today and this pic came up....how do i get and give likeyed(s)...i have no idea what the process is?.....there are a lot of times that i would like to hand one out on very special photographs....petersmile
