Meet the ancestors

A break from Cornwall, I went for a walk in Burnham Beeches while my car was having its service and MOT done at nearby Hughes Farnham. Do you see the head of a deer like animal?

I do indeed see that head John: I wonder how old it all is?
John Prior: Very old indeed, quite remarkable really that this area has remained relatively undisturbed in the south of England, some features, like a moated settlement date back to the Iron Age. Many of the trees were around in Elizabethan times.
isn't this amazing John! wow
yes I do John, this must be a very old tree.
I can see a dragon like creature. This works well in b&w
I just see a lot of trees... but it's a fine image...
