They were busy reordering the shingle defences from where the storms had swept them, you can see where the River Arun joins the sea by the structure on the horizon. 1000 today!

Great photo well done on the 1000 photo
I am not really sure what they are doing. Sweeping up rocks, spreading rocks? Why for either. I don't understand at all what is going on. I had a big milestone this week too. Time flies here.
John Prior: There where trucks, a digger and bulldozer, basically taking stones back to their original positions before the storms. Buckets and spades on a giant scale, it looked like fun smile
I like the contrast of sand and sky here... and the distance covered.
