That'll be the day

For those that remember the 1973 film starring David Essex and Ringo Starr, although that evoked the 50's. Ilford FP4 film and I can't remember what camera was used.

Fairs are certainly different to this nowadays. FP4 brings back a few memories, I used to use it most of the time unless I was doing motor sport work.
John Prior: Yes not much evidence of health and safety here, film does seem to have it own quality and still quite a few users. A professional photographer friend of mine always said that using digital made him feel like an amateur again, where as with film he knew how to get the best results.
I remember it well and the follow up Stardust which had Adam Faith and Keith Moon in it as well. This picture really captures the feel of the time
