What a fabulous way to see this landmark, John!
John Prior: Thank you Ginnie
Ah this looks so familiar! Love your presentation - your sky is WAY better than when I was there in March!
John Prior: It is quite a sight, my first visit also

I will allow myself to write the much over-used word ICONIC John
John Prior: Indeed, but well and truly earned in this case.
I love your framing here. The small amount of earth makes it seem like an entire planet with the one figure owning it. Awesome shot!
John Prior: Thank you Mary. Yes a good thought smile
very good John, you were lucky to get the Angel to yourself for a few minutes.
John Prior: Yes indeed Brian, it got busy 10 minutes after we arrived so one of the first shots

Super sky behind a super sculpture John, like the angle of the angel!
John Prior: Thanks Sarah, it's very easy to get angles and angels mixed up smile
Good shot, John, this is always dependent on the skyI feel, you had a good day, last time I was there they were clearing the area around it,which may create some new angles.
