I lived in a back to back when I was a student in Leeds so this shot brings back fond memories.
John Prior: These indeed look pleasant in this environment. There's a lot to be said for tradition. Thanks David
That's just such a cool perspective. I really like that it's so different fromn where I live.
John Prior: Thanks T. It is always fascinating to see how others live.
This is a wonderful point of view - I love peeking over the wall!
John Prior: Thanks Elizabeth

How much more civilised this is than living in a tower block
John Prior: Yes indeed Chris
Chris has said what i was thinking. How were tower blocks ever better than these? Most that were demolished just needed modernising
John Prior: These are in a pleasant environment. Planners seem so capable of getting it completely wrong, the series of BBC programs on London Streets has been very interesting.
Back alley, ginnel, snicket, lots of different names for these places, John,a nice picture.
John Prior: Thanks Frank
even your back alleys are cool! love the shot!
John Prior: Thanks Crash
I took a few similar shots at Hebden a few years back, a good place for this type of image.
