This is a wonderful scene John.
John Prior: Thank you Frances, nice weather the last few days.
Pastoral! I like the ones that have a white stripe around the middle- unusual!
John Prior: Thanks Elizabeth, yes not sure what breed they are.
Very peaceful composition John... i like everything about it except the vapor trail of the jet that cut into your perfect sky....petersmile
John Prior: Thanks Peter, I suppose the vapour trail does put a time to it. It is interesting that vapour trails are the only things that visibly intrude in the earths remaining wilderness areas.

As in Disraeli? nice autumn scene John
John Prior: Yes indeed bill, our nearest NT property, with West Wycombe Park also close by.

Yesterday the weather was wonderful John, just like your photo.
John Prior: Thanks Chad, good weather this week so far.
I'm glad to see a current shot of the English countryside to see your autumn leaves. Is this south, central of northern England?
John Prior: Hi Mary, this is the south, If this year is like last year, then the main colour will be in late November.
