Magical Wales.

First of all a big thank you for all the comments last week while I was away. The Torrent Walk, Snowdonia, 2 miles east of the town of Dolgellau, a ravine woodland walk of about 2.5 miles. A little overnight rain will increase the drama of many of these mountain river walks, we were lucky with the weather, apart from it being very windy over the first weekend, courtesy of Katia

All that more magical because of the autumn colors, John. I would think I was in heaven!
John Prior: Thanks a lot Ginnie.
Wales is very beautiful but it rains so much. Trouble is the rain is why it is so beautiful grin
John Prior: Thanks Bill, We always used to have great holidays in Wales with the kids, empty beaches and great weather most of the time. A couple of years ago when we went in early September, it seemed more like November all the time, grey and gloomy. I think the spring is the best time, like England as well now.
