The painted hall, Greenwich. A world heritage site on the banks of the Thames, now the campus for Greenwich university. The three baroque buildings designed by Sir Christopher Wren in the late 17th century form the heart of the site and create an imposing view from the river.

Quite a mural John! i love that in standing back to get as much of it, you've caught the very ornate chair on the right, and all the candlelight.
John Prior: Thanks Elizabeth, capturing some foreground (if only they were real candles) added to the very 3D look of the painting.

Amazing mural. somewhere I have never been
John Prior: Thanks Bill, The illusion of depth is very convincing, no doubt aided by the lighting.

Like Bill I've never been to Greenwich but it would be worth a visit just to see this mural.
