The turkey farm

Unused for several years now, used to be quite noisy around feeding times. We have escaped much of the snow, but early days yet. A shot from lunchtime yesterday when I needed a break from work.

lovely view, like the little bit of sun coming through the branches
John Prior: Thank you Derek
Finely composed, John. About the same amount of snow as round here. Just enough!
John Prior: Thank you Graeme
A lovely scene John, you do landscape remarkably well.

We've got a lot of snow, and the roads aren't working very well!
John Prior: Thank you Ellie

The ghosts of turkeys past! HA! I can see it now, John. Your images always feel so clean and fresh to me.
John Prior: Thank you Ginnie, turkey once a year is enough smile
Nice winter landscape, I love the tree and the sun peeping through the bare branches.
John Prior: Thank you Sheila

Super shot John: just as well they don't know about humans & Christmas!
John Prior: Many thanks Chris
We have missed most of the snow too. Looks more like a prisoner of war camp than a turkey farm!
John Prior: Thanks Bill, The turkeys used to be reared in the sheds, so very much a prison smile

John Prior: Thank you Linda
Well they will all be in the warm then. Lovely shot
John Prior: Thank you Janet, they were reared in the sheds throughout the year, not very nice really.
lovely landscape. would be cool to see it covered with turkeys smile
John Prior: Thanks Charles, yes that would be like the great escape from the prison huts smile
Excellent landscape John but I note you haven't had that much snow, we have had quite a bit up in Leicestershire.
John Prior: Thanks Brian, I was up for more, still early days yet smile
Nice view of this landscape in a winter time. I like to see the sun rising behind the tree.
Have a nice day.
John Prior: Thank you Dom
