Hughenden stream

The river Wye is a typical Chiltern chalk stream, often dry for long spells, but then it bursts back into life as if there had been no interruption.

Truly a beautiful place. Like the foreground fence and the stream leading the eye through this gorgeous land. A wonderful and serene mood here.

A beautiful shot John: spring at its best
A delightful scene John. The fence makes it for me and disproves the idea of it being a barrier to looking further into the picture

A fine landscape with the yellow fields in the distance. I wonder why a gate was placed where the stream wants to flow. The fence does make a fine foreground element in the picture.
