Hastings. More recent steel boats, the steeply shelving beach aided the low view point.

The blue patches in the sky match the blue of the boats well.

How fortunate to be able to get this low viewpoint John.

This low viewpoint does wonders for adding impact to these boats. The unusual view is eye-catching at first glance. Fine detail and color too.
John Prior: Thank you Don

fine captures of these two boats. nice bit of dirt on them. nice perspective.
John Prior: The fishermen here did not seem very 'house proud' the whole place was a bit of a mess, but of course that's what makes it interesting. Thanks Otto.
Nice unusual angle

I keep switching back and forth between the black and white backgrounds and I cannot decide which I like better to go with this shot. And, this is quite an uncommon viewpoint/camera poinzt AND the red and blue add a nice contrast to the many details AND I don't know which of those facts/observations I like most. And... so I keep switching back and forth between the black and white backgrounds... and I think I will for quite some time. =)
