A fixer upper?
John Prior: Trouble is they are often more costly to renovate and convert to accommodation than to knock down and build new flats and houses.
Some of these old mills are quite outstanding,a shame when they don't renovate them for some other purpose,I've seen some really good examples of that. I see the link was done by your son,he made a good job of recording the old place, John.
