A lovely point of view you chose for this! It's wonderful!
John Prior: There are some good rural views in this area, I'm sure it changes, but it still has the feel of not changing that much, I always like the feel of a connection to the past.

It really doesn't get better than this, John, for showing off your lovely country!
John Prior: Thanks Ginnie, I think I was rather heavy handed with the processing.

This clouds look a tad ragged John.
John Prior: They look a tad over processed to me, Cheers Chad.

Superb John: that sky is a delight
John Prior: A little overcooked I think, I don't think I got this one right, cheers Chris
Where is the winter part? LOL Gorgeous!
John Prior: Apart from a week of snow this winter, it has been very mild and dry, talk of a drought and hosepipe bans in the summer.
the clouds add such a good mood
John Prior: Thanks Chantal

Countryside resplendence as ever John
John Prior: Yes Fred, nothing better on a nice day.
This is the sort of picture that reminds me why I love this country so much
John Prior: Thanks Bill, yes great to be out on a good day.
This is very much like the beautiful scenery round where I was born in the Chilterns at Royston.
John Prior: I often drive past Royston on my way to a client at Cambridge, the vistas seem to get broader in that part of the world with bigger skies.
Another beautiful image that draws you in. (:o)
John Prior: Thank you Rosalyn smile
This is a beautiful landscape John... but it looks nothing at all like the winter fields in Canada....petersmile
John Prior: We've had a very mild winter this year.
What a view and it looks very English to me which I adore.
