By characters do you mean the head looking things on the poles grin in the other sense there is, its a lovely old fishing boat smile

Are those all heads stuck on poles John?
John Prior: Yes Chad, that is my belief also, these fishermen are very territorial.
She certainly looks well used and in need of a bit of TLC.

are the birds perched there real? they look like bookends. i like seeing the fisherman.
