It's a "cracking" photo! Sorry, had to try that, an English friend of mine says it!
John Prior: Thank you T smile Jolly good show.
Nice composition, John; I love having water up through trees to a sky and clouds, and the building is very very cool! - the blue domes on this are most interesting
John Prior: Thank you Elizabeth

Unmistakable, John, especially in your hands.
John Prior: Thanks Ginnie, the image is a little soft, somehow the image stabiliser on the lens got switched off and I did not notice until it was too late. But sometimes softness helps.

Iconic or what! Actually I've never been there so I really must make amends
John Prior: Hi Chris I've been past it loads of times but never in it also.

Its a great angle of the tower John. The trees on both sides and the clouds in the sky compliment the building perfectly.
John Prior: Thanks Thomas, I liked the way the composition worked.

Great image John
John Prior: Thanks Vintage
Nice shot John especially as it is isolated from anything modern around it.
John Prior: Thanks Brian, that is what made it work for me also.
Super shot of it John. That place has a lot of tales to tell.
John Prior: Thanks Janet, so much English history evolves around it.

Not such a rare view today John, nice all the same.
John Prior: Thanks Chad
A great view of the Tower John. I was lucky to go there on my last trip to the UK.
John Prior: It always seems very busy there, thanks Frances
A fine picture of one of the best known landmarks in London
John Prior: Thanks Bill
great shot. i took the ride along the thames and had a shot from approximately this very angle but the timing was wrong, hence i got only the trees
