Ashridge view

When I went last Sunday the Bridgewater monument was open, it is 33 metres to the viewing platform, and it was a rather hazy day.

That's gorgeous John: the new leaves, sky and lighting are superb
It looks like the 33 minute hike was worth it for views like this. Those sun rays make the finishing touch.
Very pretty. The haziness helps with a three dimensional look.
The foreground colours and sky are gorgeous smile
What a fine outlook John, and those rays of light are lovely.

I'll get up there one day. My last visit was in thick fog!
